All products for sale come with free shipping within New Zealand. For Cherie’s longarm quilt service return of quilts is $10 (+$5 for rural delivery) within New Zealand.
Returns Policy
Cherie’s Quilt Studio wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so communication is vital. Please contact Cherie if you have any problem with your order.
Quilts and Quilting Services: All quilt sales and quilting services are final and are not subject to returns. If you are not satisfied with your quilt, please notify Cherie’s Quilt Studio within five (5) days of return.
Downloaded Purchases: All downloaded digital pattern purchases are final and cannot be returned. No refunds or store credit is available for downloaded purchases.
Color Variations: Please be aware that computer and tablet screens have color variations that may not reflect the true color of the product when delivered.
Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
